Bally's Shreveport Casino & Hotel

Bellhop was rude when we checked out; clock had incorrect time; air condition was either too hot or way too cold; TV remote required multiple entries to accomplish the simplest of changes; when we complained, when checking out, the desk clerk tried to blame the short comings on Covid - how does a virus screw up the toilet, or leave cigarette butts in a room? Other hotels didn't have these personnel problems, so that excuse was road apples. I was offended that the desk clerk thought I was that stupid to actually believe her. In August my wife and I intend to go see another concert in Shreveport, but you can take to the bank we'll not stay at Bally's.

Liked: Quiet.
Disliked: No valet; had trouble getting a bellhop to check in; toilet worked poorly; cigarette butts in room; refused to help me get Uber, lift or cab; carpet was thread bare.

Disliked: Hotel did not receive my reservation from bookings.com there were 2 other people in line with the same problem. Stood around for over an hour til staff said they fixed it. Haven't looked to see if double charged yet

Liked: The check in laid was very friendly, The cafe waitress Jennifer was the best person we spoke with.
Disliked: Toilet was loose at floor, water PSI was low, AC was not working in various locations. Floor in room was moist from humidity.Coffee pot is outdated, bed was not confutable.
