Very good

Really don't want to stay...

Liked: Location and convenience were top priority.
Disliked: Reservations was a nightmare, they couldn't find my reservation, got patched over to different people to help but instead just sat on hold for 45-50 min three different times. Problem was my name was put in the system wrong. Price paid was too high. Air quality in casino was poor, gave us headaches. On our floor level near the elevator there was food waste that sat there all three days that we were there, and not a cleaning person in site the whole time. The bell men and maintenance worker were great and attentive. Bally's definitely needs more staffing, better air quality, update services, cleaner amenities.

Liked: The pool, jacuzzi, and arcade were highlights.
Disliked: The rooms were outdated and very worn. I had to change rooms three times at check-in. The staff were rude and very unpleasant. They refused to properly program my keys for the parking garage, which was frustrating whenever I left or returned to the garage. The rooms looked nothing like the photos. I would never stay at this property again.

Liked: Staff was friendly but were not capable of helping us.
Disliked: It took approximately an hour to park because the gate was not working and the staff couldn't figure out how to fix it. Barking dogs in the room next to us so we had to move. Dog food on floors. Carpets were taped and in bad shape.
