Our stay at Ballys was...

Liked: The location was perfect!
Disliked: Our phone didn’t work, and the toilet seat was old and the color was fading. Lastly, the ironing board was slightly broken.

Liked: It was a good price for a last minute stay.
Disliked: The front desk staff was not friendly at all. They seemed like they didn’t want to talk to the line of people in front of them. The valet guys were very friendly and nice.

Liked: Location and view were super.
Disliked: Most of the staff there had no basic manners or friendly greetings. They were understaffed and sometimes language was an issue. Across the street at other casinos the young staff were friendly and talkative, we noticed the big difference. Our room in check-in actually had a bloody tissue in the toilet. Pretty gross. The elevators on Thursday morning 3 of the 4 were out! It's 16 floors!

Liked: 10 min walk to Caesars concert venue
Disliked: We checked in at 530 (check-in time was at 4). Our room wasn't ready yet. They said it would take another 30 minutes. Gave us a $50 food credit for our inconvenience.30 mins later, the room still wasn't ready. The concert starts at 730. Even though the room wasn't ready, they gave us the key anyway and told us the cleaner would still be in there. We had to awkwardly get ready with the cleaner still in the room. Later that night we used the $50 credit on drinks. When we checked out, we were still charged for our drinks that were supposed to be complimentary. Good thing I caught it and brought it up with the receptionist. Went to go get breakfast at Cafe del sol after checkout. The hostess had us stand awkwardly in the middle of the room before she found us a table. When we were ready to pay the bill, no one was around. We walked up to the register and we had to wait 10 min until someone showed up.

It has potential.the price is...

Liked: Location, less crowded, lower price, pool. The lake and golf course view from the room was beautiful and unexpected.
Disliked: Air conditioning in the room didn’t work properly. Our room was super stuffy and humid. The bed was uncomfortable; the mattress felt well broke in, springy, and dull. We also only got 3 pillows. Late night food options would be great also.

Disliked: They let people swimming with pants and shirt with sleeves .and messing all the pool people had to leave because of that .
