Liked: Bathroom
Disliked: No microwave, and they had to replace my refrigerator. they charge way too much money to not have a microwave in the rooms.

Liked: i don't think there's anything to like
Disliked: the place is dirty, carpet looks like dirt, stains all over, there was a long hair on one of the beds, i didn't complain to the staff because there's so much .1st they gave us the wrong room which i think was occupied, i work in hotel so i know, went back and they changed it with explanation.

Mouse games
Liked: Soft bed
Disliked: A mouse in my room. It ran from under the bed and back and forth in the closet.Guest service was rude. I had to pack my things and come downstairs stairs. But, indicated I wasn't coming down and send a bell person to help switch rooms. No compensation was made for the inconvenience or the nasty attitude of the Guest Service employee.
