Liked: We loved the attitude and the friendliness of the staff. Our bedroom was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Your gardens and grounds are beautiful. Breakfast was extremely good.
Disliked: Nothing. Although our dinner wasn't the best we have ever had. When compared to everything else it was slightly disappointing.

Exceptional

Liked: Beautiful grounds, food and building. Excellent location.
Disliked: Lack of bowls, glasses and beans at the breakfast buffet but it was peak time.

Disliked: very noisy table of approximately 12 men beside us at dinner. It spoiled our evening

Liked: The swimming pool was really lovely.
Disliked: Being a single parent to two small children, I didn’t feel it was family-friendly. I had to go to the bar to ask for service. I had just arrived, went to the Terrace Bar for food, sat outside as didn’t feel comfortable in the bar with golfing crowds. I was asked to pay as soon as I got our food. As soon as I did this we didn’t see any staff.

Liked: Staff were super, the rooms and pool were very clean. Food at dinner abs breakfast was excellent. Nothing to fault.
