Disappointing that the spa was...

Disliked: It is advertised as hotel and SPA. However the spa was unavailable during our stay.

Highly recommend it as a...

Liked: Staff was outstanding. Room was clean and quiet. Pub was fun and lively. Breakfast was excellent
Disliked: They charge for use of the rooftop hot tub. Might want to consider making them free. The spa was closed by the time we got there.

Good place to stay.

Liked: Location is good, brilliant food and breakfast. It had everything you needed in the room. Included expresso. Very clean and comfortable to sleep.
Disliked: The price. For one night is too much.

Oasis at a long roads...

Disliked: My room was over the reception and bar area. A little noisy with close down and morning set up

Superb

Liked: The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Great breakfast, rooms were spacious and very clean.
Disliked: Not a dislike but slightly disappointed that the spa isn’t included in the stay.
