Liked: We did not eat there. But, the room was very comfortable.
Disliked: The only thing we wish we had was maybe a dresser or drawers in the room.

Superb
Liked: Property was very clean. Bed was comfortable, sheets, and towels of very good quality so, very comfortable. Bathroom and floors and all spaces very very clean. Very pleasant.
Disliked: The complementary coffee was a bit useless. A coffee maker, and cheap instant coffee. Kind of pointless in my opinion.

We did not stay
Liked: This property was fraudulently represented as a 3.5 star hotel while actually it is a residential vacation rental with that should not be rated with a hotel rating system.
Disliked: We were shocked to find out the owner would not refund us after we voiced our displeasure in being tricked by the Priceline listing as a 3.5 star hotel she kept insisting that it was a hotel, also the shared bathroom facilities were on a different floor level from the room.

Nice house, nice neighbourhood, nice...
Liked: Firstly let me clarify that this is a house stay and not an hotel. It is a large house in a very upmarket neighbourhood in Murrieta but do check your sat nav is taking you to the right place. Ours took us to the other side of town for no apparent reason, I suspect the postcode was the issue but when we used a different app we got there straight away using the same details. The house is where Cardiff Road (the more major road) and Hazel Glen Road meet so you might find it easier to use Cardiff Road and trace the house once you get there. You need to park on the driveway and the hosts give you a pass to display on your dash. When we did find the right place we were met by the very friendly lady hostess. She showed us in to the large two floor open lounge room and up the stairs to our room at the back. There are three rooms available, two standard sized double rooms about 12' by 12' and a third large family room which is at least double the size of the double rooms. the three guest rooms share a common bathroom and I believe that you can make use of the large lounge area downstairs but we didn't test that out.The bedrooms, bathroom and lounge are nicely furnished with a definite lean towards the feminine with soft furnishings and fancy touches. Our room had a large wardrobe which held dressing gowns and we could easily put our suitcases in there to get them out of the way. The aircon is centrally controlled and worked well. There were pringles and the like in our room and on the communal landing there was a coffee filter jug machine with paper cups, creamers, sugars and instant coffee but no ground coffee nor a kettle?? My wife cracked the code straight away and so I put a cupfull of water in the coffee percolator, waited for it to run through in to the jug then added it to the instant coffee to make a cup to take away.
Disliked: The hostess was surprised at how much of a discount we had been given when we booked through Booking.com and said that she usually charged $200 a night. This shocked me as at $126 I felt we were paying more than a reasonable price for a home stay in a standard double room with shared bathroom and other facilities
