Exceptional

Liked: Very beautiful hotel with a warm en welcoming atmosphere. Restaurant/pub was very cosy. Fluffy big handtowels and nice bed.

Passable hotel, should be cheaper

Liked: Great central location within Balloch, excellent to explore surrounding areas. Staff very welcoming and helpful
Disliked: Rooms were not as clean as expected, with hairs in the bathroom, cobwebs on the ceiling and mould around the windows

Great position and lovely welcome....

Liked: Great welcome from charismatic manager. Awesome position and room has a lovely view.
Disliked: Bathroom needs bleaching (evidence of black mould around the silicon in the shower). Breakfast was tasty but really slow. Room carpet did not look properly hoovered.
