Liked: The room layout was perfect for a family of 5. Loved that we had a full kitchenette.
Disliked: My partner found the bed uncomfortable, and is the type of person that can sleep anywhere.

Disliked: When i went leave the office was closed but had a number to ring . I have rung the number 3 times and still have not been able to speak to some one. I wasnt sure if i was surposed to leave the key in the room as i did as i couldnt return it.

Disliked: What breakfast? There was none offered. I searched booking for a room with roomservice but that was false advertising. The room was a king studio room 17. Absolutely rubbish not even worth my stay. Cooking utensils were stained the fry pan was still Paru from the previous people and overall cleanliness was not good. Food Stains on the roof in kitchen area, hair stuck to the roof of the bathroom, the fan sounded like it was gonna come loose and and smash through the roof. The rooms were OK the bed was probably the only thing I didn't have a problem with. Mould all over the windows, spider webs up in the corners, dirt under the beds from not vacuuming. The place has fire extinguishers that are expired and an evacuation plan that's unreadable. The lady in the front desk can't even answer a simple phone call or allow me to speak to a general manager or anyone whom i could tell about my experience. It seems like she hates her job so I'm not sure why she is still there. I had paid and planned to stay 2 nights but instead I left early as I really wanted to just go back home to what's better.
