Liked: The manager when we checked in was excellent at understanding about the fact I was having a Knee replacement and the booking I made had no elevator and that I needed one and with a little increase in cost we were given a terrific room

Disliked: Be aware that check-in is in a different building on the next block.

Great location. Lacking interior security....

Disliked: The shower room door opposite my room did not latch leaving me vulnerable to anyone accidentally or intentionally walking in on me. The water closet/toilet next to it had the light switch outside the door making it so someone else could turn off the light while I was inside. Of the two issues, the non-latching door was by far the most egregious.
