Disliked: Booking agency seemed to inflate actual hotel rate; did not offer a senior's rate, CAA rate, etc.

Liked: We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the overall room and facility of the hotel. Check-in and check-out was smooth and the staff was welcoming. The room was decorated very tastefully. The bathroom handwash, body soap, shampoo and conditioner were extremely nice products.
Disliked: A few small improvements could make the experience even better.A removable bug screen on the patio door would be a great addition to help keep mosquitoes, bees, and flies out while still enjoying the fresh air.The mattress was soft but did dip in the middle, so replacing it in the near future might enhance guest comfort. Adding a mattress cover underneath the fitted bed sheets, could also provide an extra layer of cleanliness and protection.In the bathroom, the conditioner dispenser was empty during our stay. Also, while the rain-style shower head looks great, it may be a bit too large for the corner shower space—making it a little tricky to rinse hair thoroughly. A standard shower head might work better in that setting.Overall, we enjoyed our visit and hope this feedback is helpful for future enhancements! We would recommend this hotel.
