Liked: The location and staff were pleasant.
Disliked: The room was freezing when I arrived late at night—both windows were open and the heating never came on, even after being told it would be boosted. I had to sleep in a jumper. The shower ran boiling hot, then lost all hot water, so I couldn’t get a proper wash. The room (room 10) was dusty, with other people’s hair on the floor, which stuck to my socks. At breakfast, the cutlery was greasy and actually slipped out of my hand. I contacted the hotel afterward but never got a response

Disliked: 1st room, bedding hadn't been changed and was soiled, replacement room, toilet wasn't clean, used toilet rolls on toilet and dust balls in the bedroom. yuck!
