Good

Disliked: No hot water in the evening. Appreciate that it is a listed building but surely a hotel needs a lift to get to the third floor.

Liked: The Hotel and grounds were immaculate it was lovely to walk around as the weather was good. All the staff were friendly and did a great job .

Disliked: Not disabled friendly Doors to rooms very difficult to open lock and unlock anyone who has a disability would struggle as I did when checking out had call reception to come and let me out of the room.

Absolutely beautiful.

Liked: What an amazing hotel/venue. I've stayed in many beautiful places over the years but I have to say this beats any without doubt. The hotel, the staff all perfect in every way.

Adequate but a little over-priced...

Liked: Room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor value for the amount charged. We were woken at 6:15 by very noisy outdoor gardening machinery. We had booked a twin room but it was made up as a double and we had a long wait until it was sorted out. Furniture could do with a clean and a few decorating repairs needed, especially in the bathroom.
