Great retreat getaway to relax...

Liked: Amazing friendly and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for us. So courteous and respectful for the entire duration of our stay. Was such a peaceful place with beautiful gardens to walk or sit around in.
Disliked: Stay was not long enough

Liked: The room was incredible and spacious- the bed was extremely comfortable and overall the facilities were very clean.
Disliked: There were issues connecting to WiFi which meant we couldn’t access room service information

Fantastic , Luxury hotel, brilliant...

Liked: The staff where so welcoming from the moment we stepped through the front door, even showing us to out accommodation block and advising of the hotel facilities, breakfast times, Gym etc along the way. Our room was brilliant, clean, exceptionally well designed with everything you could possibly want, please of mirrors and sockets for my wife, sockets with UBS ports, Tea / Coffee making facilities, water and milk in the fridge, plenty of storage, space both in the room and bathroom. The breakfast was brilliant, amazing selection and the staff could not do enough for you. We would definitely staff here again.
Disliked: Hotel was not walkable to Bath but that's a minor thing especially when you have a car.
