Liked: Food good, staff overall very friendly, room large and comfortable in new wing
Disliked: Reception only had one person on and they were often taking guests to their rooms so a wait often necessary. Only offering off food was conservatory/bar and staff were young and not trained. Kitchen wait times were quite long too.

Liked: Over all everything was lovely, the staff were very friendly, the cleanliness was great, breakfast was delicious, the location was a bit further out than we thought but we did book as a last minute thing, it looked great on the website, we had some great advice from the lovely check in lady who helped with information about where we could get a bus into the city, which was just at the end of the drive, and suggested an uber or taxi to come back to the hotel, as it was our first time visiting the city. It was very helpful, and took just a few minutes to get to and from the hotel and city.
Disliked: we were slightly disappointed with the room, it was not quite what we were expecting, from the pictures and description on the website, booking an executive room we expect a bigger room.
