Beautiful hotel, amazing staff and...

Liked: Stunning grounds, beautiful hotel, well kept and clean. Incredible staff, very polite, friendly, happy to help for any requests and willing to go above and beyond. Quality of the food is excellent, you can tell the freshness and care gone into preparation and cooking.
Disliked: Struggling to think of anything really. Being picky, maybe more items in bathroom such as sewing kit. However I am sure if i had asked, it would have been sent to my room.

Liked: Loved the location... so quiet and a short Uber ride into the city. Staff amazing and food was great for a good price.
Disliked: 12.5% service charge automatically being added to the restaurant bill.

Enjoyed our short stay

Liked: Location was good 2 miles from Bath centre, room was spacious, clean, well presented, shower and and air con were good.Breakfast had plenty of choice, grounds were beautiful. Taxi from hotel into centre ranged from £8.90 to go to £11:50 to return (11:30) This was based on only a single night stay for a long week end for my daughters 24th birthday.
Disliked: Nothing much not to like.

Liked: My room was upgraded, so a good start. Spacious , clean and comfortable. good location , food was OK , enjoyed breakfast. I have a gluten allergy and the staff were very good/ knowledgeable with their advice.
Disliked: i had no dislikes, enjoyed my stay.
