Fantastic , Luxury hotel, brilliant...

Liked: The staff where so welcoming from the moment we stepped through the front door, even showing us to out accommodation block and advising of the hotel facilities, breakfast times, Gym etc along the way. Our room was brilliant, clean, exceptionally well designed with everything you could possibly want, please of mirrors and sockets for my wife, sockets with UBS ports, Tea / Coffee making facilities, water and milk in the fridge, plenty of storage, space both in the room and bathroom. The breakfast was brilliant, amazing selection and the staff could not do enough for you. We would definitely staff here again.
Disliked: Hotel was not walkable to Bath but that's a minor thing especially when you have a car.

Disappointing - the actual room...

Liked: The main property was beautiful and well presented, surrounded by greens
Disliked: Relatively disappointed with our stay here. The room photos in comparison to where you stay are far off. You enter really beautiful grounds, but you’re unfortunately stuffed to a back section of the hotel for your stay, and you’re not able to enjoy the grounds or the beautiful main part of the building. We were excited to enjoy the beautiful foyer, and all that was presented in the photos, which is why we booked, but unfortunately where the hotel places you, you’re unfortunately not able to experience that the way it’s presented.It also seems that the walls are thin - we were not able to sleep due to a family with children bouncing through the room in between 2-3 am
