The Hotel was one of best I have stayed in, in a long time. It was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Disliked: Location.

Exceptional

Liked: We have stayed there 5 times now, and never had a bad time. The staff remembered me by name. I love the view from the balcony, and the free coffee in the morning, and happy hour in the evening.
Disliked: The luggage carts could use some updates, and smoking should be allowed on your balcony.

Superb

Comfortable and exceptional stay

Liked: It was nice and quiet. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the parking was nice in an underground facility. The pool and hot tub were smaller but still very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!!!
Disliked: It was fantastic, no complaints!

All in all a great...

Liked: Room was spacious and well laid out. Full kitchenette was a bonus. Very quiet and restful night. Very very clean room and hotel in general.
Disliked: Water pressure was a bit low. Needed rubber bath mat for shower and grab rail on shower wall. More places to hang towels near shower and places to put soap, etc. in shower. Could use a shelf or something near toilet to sit toilet paper on. Parking lot needs more lighting. Too dark to feel secure.

Exceptional

Liked: I liked the location, cleanliness, helpful and available staff, early check-in accommodation, easy access to the beach with ramps, so many clean pool towels always available, spare toys for kids..
Disliked: The parking lot was a little small but they have underground parking to accommodate. The pool gate to the beach access closes at 10pm.

It was decent

Liked: The location, clean room, friendly staff, the complimentary happy hour.
Disliked: No streaming service provided, just cable. The breakfast sucked!

Comfy with a Beautiful View!

Liked: We've been here a few times, and we love the ocean views, the staff are great and friendly, easy, comfy beds, spacious room!! We always love coming here! The bathroom is a great size, and I like that the toilet is in it's own corner since there isn't a door and there's an exhaust in there. The lighting is great. Tons of furniture in there. We also got to use the micro crib that the hotel provides, which was so nice. So we didn't have to bring a pack n play for our little boy. The pull out couch worked great for our older two. Plenty of room in the dresser to accommodate our 4 night stay for 3 kids and 2 adults. Good, sturdy balcony furniture. We used plastic clips to hang out towels and swim suits on the balcony, and that helped keep them on the balcony. We loved the 8th floor!(King suite 1 king bed with pull out couch)
Disliked: I do wish the room floor was cleaned better. It could use a good deep clean on the carpet and tile. More storage. I always say this. There's wasted space about the trash can and space in the bathroom. I would love to see a waffle maker and I'd even pay a little more per night to have some sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, etc. Yum!!!The burners for the kitchenette stove top are in reach of kid hands. I know that's not an easy fix. Our door to the balcony has gotten beaten up from the salty air. It won't shut/latch without the dead bolt.
