Liked: Wonderful staff who were friendly and very helpful.Lovely decor.A beautiful suite,which was upgraded for us free of charge.Delicious food and drinksThe bed was so very comfortable.We had a lovely restful weekend .
Disliked: The only thing was maybe my fault,but I could not get the tv to work from my phone.

Liked: Location is excellent, morning receptionist was good and professional. Morning breakfast staff pleasant and efficient.
Disliked: No bedside table on 1 side of bed so water glass, book, ipad etc had to go on floor, no plug for putting in phone on that side of bed either & this was a suite. Bedroom airless & stuffy. Tired decor. Advised to move car (although we had wheel lock) because of prior incidents close by which is fair enough. But called in room later to say £60 charge for parking it where we were told to leave it. Needs forewarning & agreement. Insufficient prior explanation also of additional £100 charge on room (later refunded) to cover extras. All acceptable but needs clarity & good communication when booking in. No wi-fi at all n bedroom - only in sitting room which is unhelpful & not ok in hotel of this billing. TV in sitting room did not work when we arrived late in the eve - did work in the morning. We were too tired to call for assistance at 11.30pm but should have been checked. This all said - in the morning the receptionist as we discussed these matters was warm, informative & professional & handled everything very well.
