Sorry to say I won't...

Liked: the staff gets a 10 out of 10 here. the sheets and pillow cases smelled and and looked clean. same for towels. I hate to write a negative review, and there were positives for sure like location, spacious room, items provided, place for walking a dog, they are pet friendly, etc.
Disliked: sorry to say this room was in awful condition despite being clean. the shower head had been replaced, but the old one was sitting on the bathroom counter. the carpet had horrible staining and crusty parts (melted maybe?), the bedspreads were stained despite being clean, the shower curtain (from ikea) was stained all over including paint and lord knows what else, the lino floors had been put over top of obvious holes in the floor that when you stepped on them dipped way down (a few under the carpet too) the blinds were missing 6 slats on them, and the heat is a furnace clearly controlled from elsewhere as there was no where to turn down the heat and it was very hot, but leaving the windows open was noisy. They provide an beat up table and dirty ashtray out front for smokers, but the ashtrays clearly never get washed and the garbage bins had broken lids. So, someone is cleaning the insides and sidewalks, but there is not what i could consider pride of ownership or good maintance, repairs, or updates. I ahve stayed before and i had a different room that was in better shape and huge, but similar issues. I likely would not come again even with the dog.

Amazing family experience !

Liked: The food was amazing, really enjoyed the diner attached to the motel ! My kids loved it , service was excellent , even brought over a board game for my kids to stay engaged ! Loved it!
Disliked: The rooms need a detailed clean , and spider traps, but the beds are really comfy.

Good staff, good food, but...

Liked: The staff were really great.
Disliked: The room we had was pretty rough, but you can tell they have been making improvements.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Food at the diner was a great classic and reasonably priced.

Good

Liked: Quiet. Smart TV included in unit. Location (outside of main part of town).
Disliked: Unit right outside kitchen staff entrance. Pots of old cooking grease sitting outside. Cigarette butts littered everywhere on the ground. People smoking cigarettes outside unit. Unit smelled old and musty, like a retirement home. Water quality was questionable (smelled like fish tank water and tastes like a wet football field puddle).

Disappointing

Liked: Good location, adjacent restaurant excellent food and service. The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Disappointing room, tv not functioning, stained rug, flooring warped, blinds broken, no thermostat controls, space heater available in room to use, owner probably overpaid for motel in need of major upgrade.

Nice enough

Liked: Best breakfast in town! Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Had a knock on the door at around 11pm. Didn't feel safe enough to answer, there was no peep hole or chain lock and thought if it was hotel staff, they could call. No one did so may have been another guest.
