Disliked: WIFI did not work on my room - staff blamed on the weather. Since I came back in the following week with the same weather, but different room, the WIFI was much better.As I checked out on friday and returned on sunday I had expectations to leave my luggage at the hotel. They did not accept. travelling so much, I have never experienced that before.

Liked: The hotel is in a lovely location on the shore of the lake. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great!
Disliked: The WiFi was terrible during our whole trip.

Liked: Beautiful place and nice property from beg 20th. Room (suite) was big with a very nice view on the lac and great terrace.
Disliked: Not a 4 stars level. Quality of beds, equipments and breakfast at average. Had to pay for parking space twice (hotel + private) because of lack of space.

Liked: Great location, large rooms, very clean and good value for money
Disliked: The shower was a little small and water was flowing out onto the floor. The main light in the room was quite dark. The receptionists were a little bit slow

Disliked: Dinner at the restaurant fell a bit short of my expectations.
