Liked: We loved everything, the staff is so friendly and helpful. Location is great as well. They offer free coffee which is great as well.
Disliked: The only suggestion I would have is to have hooks in the rooms to hang your bags and jackets as now there was no storage besides the closet. And the shower room could have some shelves to put your things as it all gets wet.

Liked: We stayed here for one night during a short trip to Amsterdam. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is really charming with lots of cool little details, and the staff was super friendly. Everything looked clean and well-kept.However, a few hours after we checked out, my husband developed bite marks on his back that looked like bedbug bites. We contacted the hotel, and they were very responsive — they checked the room and said they found no signs of bugs.We can’t say for sure the bites came from the hotel, but we didn’t sleep anywhere else on the trip. Just something to keep in mind. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay.
