Disliked: The greeting from staff in the cafe located in the second floor was below expectation. She was not friendly when explaining that the guest must spend minimum USD75 for dining there...(because at that time I just wanted to sit inside and ordered coffee+croissant while waiting for my driver to pick me up....and it was raining heavily outside), but after she was aware that I was staying 2 nites there in suite room, then she allows me to wait in the cafe.However, still...she did not allow me yo choose the nice sitting area near glass window because she said it has been reserved. However, until I left the Cafe, nobody was sitting there.This incident was happened on 28 March 2024, around 12-1pm NY time.

Disliked: the staff attentions to us was way below the expectations. Some are extremely rude. my previous experience was way better. I'm not sure if I'm gonna recommend this hotel for anyone.
