Liked: It was clean, with adjustable air conditioning. A coffee machine, kettle, and tea were available. All appliances were in working order. The room was well-insulated.

Lovely stay in Den Haag

Liked: Great location... Nice room.
Disliked: I used the online message tool to get an iron. Nobody responded so had to ask reception.

Parking was falsely advertised and...

Liked: The rooms are nice and big. Location good.
Disliked: On bookings.com the hotel advertise parking as part of the facilities. This is not the case, you park in public parking next to the hotel and had to pay an additional €40 besides the hotel booking. False advertising of facilities.The entrance needs a revamp and only one person at hotel reception at 10am results in a long Q to check out.
