BA Hotel

The room was satisfactory, air conditioning did not work real well, but it was ok. The breakfast was very good, lots of selection, but the garbage cans could have been emptied a bit more often

Liked: room was nice, low price, close to westerner park, nice pool and hot tub, good breakfast, all around good value and good place to stay.
Disliked: Hot tub temperature was a bit low

Liked: Got too the parking lot and left and tried too cancel my stay but they couldn’t refund me said I had too talk too booking .com was so scary looking the building and hobo’s in the parking lot so I didn’t stay did not even go in so need refund
Disliked: Everything apprence was awful scared too get out of my car so awful and all hotels were full thank hod friends had an extra bed for me too stay the night

Liked: The hotel doesn’t exist anymore. Super disappointed as you took my money before hand. Will not be using your booking site ever again.
Disliked: It is vacant and we had to rush to find another hotel with a massive horse expo in town. Beyond disgusted with your services.

Liked: There was no breakfast
Disliked: The place was dirty from top to bottom.I had to call to get the address of the hotel. Even the staff did not know the actual address at the hotel. There were no lights on the outside, that’s it was very difficult to find. They refused service to another guest because their point of purchase machine was not working and she could not pay a $500 cash deposit. In-friggin’-believable.
