The room was satisfactory, air conditioning did not work real well, but it was ok. The breakfast was very good, lots of selection, but the garbage cans could have been emptied a bit more often

Liked: room was nice, low price, close to westerner park, nice pool and hot tub, good breakfast, all around good value and good place to stay.
Disliked: Hot tub temperature was a bit low

Disliked: Bathroom need to cleaning. microwave, coffee, and lamps did not work

It was okay.

Liked: The hotel was clean but it appeared very empty.
Disliked: The key card was not working so a staff member had to let you in your room. And this caused some issues for me as I was in and out a fair bit. Plus a staff member was not always at the desk to let me in my room.

Liked: It was close to the place our friends band was playing.
Disliked: No key card for door, no breakfast, dirty room, poor cleaning, dirty toilet that ran all night, bad vacuuming skills, something gross on wall, dirty under lamp. Headboard not totally attached to wall and CHEAP cheap linen with burn stains.

Expensive hotel for the quality...

Liked: The receptionist was very nice and understanding.
Disliked: We got into the room, there were no TV channels that worked, the plug-ins didn't work, the pool that was said was in order was out of order, so we had very upset kids, and when we looked outside our window, there were people setting up camp for the night and doing drugs.
