Dirty linen. Thin walls.

Liked: Beautiful decorations. Overall the place felt very upscale.
Disliked: After traveling all day and arriving at our hotel late at night… tired from only sleeping 3 hours the night before, we are eager to get some sleep and upon unraveling the covers what do we see? Stains. Not A stain. Multiple stains on the bed sheets. Some looked like dirt marks, another one looked like old blood as it had an off-pink shade. We were so tired and at that point it was already 2 am and we had an early morning. We tried looking for the extra linen that usually hotels room have, but there were none. We decided to strip the fitted sheet that had the stains and sleep on with just the flat sheet as a fitted sheet and the comforter. Then we saw that the mattress protector had disgusting yellow stains too. So we had to flip it inside out. It was absolutely disgusting, and immediately ruined the entire stay for us. Such a shame because the location is great, but for that price point? I would have not expected dirty sheets. Another horrible thing about this hotel is that the walls are paper thin. One thing is maybe hearing footsteps from upstair guests… but we could hear their baby screaming crying from upstairs. Lastly, the cleaning staff. Our checkout time was at 11, and around 9 am housekeeping knocked on our door, and before even giving us a chance to say that we were still in the room, she bursts the doors opened while I was in the bathroom. She did not even apologize just slammed the door shut.

Liked: I love the location. The rooms' cleanliness was very good, and the restaurant's food quality was very good as well. The valet service was excellent, and the front desk staff was very professional.
Disliked: My only issue is that I forgot my Ray-Ban sunglasses in the room. I am sure that I left them there, specifically on the bed. I called the front desk to check with housekeeping, but they said they had not found them.
