Overall very nice. Food in...
Liked: Beautiful views. Very nice location. Pool very nice.
Disliked: Elevators very slow. Hot in halls going to rooms. Double beds very small.

Won’t do that again!
Liked: It was on the beach
Disliked: Filth everywhere, both pools were littered with beer, bottles, beer, cans, drink, cups, literal feces of whatever animal. These were clearly not new, they were in corners and dirty, as they clearly had been there for days Food not bussed for at least one day off one table by the restaurant. No towels, filthy cushions Pool floor was filthy - Entire poor area covered in trash food items etc My showerhead fell off the shower wall. Extremely loud atmosphere. Was told the pools close at Sundown but at 4:30. The pools were shut down. The private beach was filthy and not private, the tables and chairs and lounge chairs were stacked and closed at 4:30. Sundown is seven to 730– Icemaker didn’t work. My room was hot temp set at 69 Yes I did bring this to the attention of the front desk. And not to mention the exorbitant prices they charged because there was a parade, and $110 for parking.Locked out of Three times and considering I was on the 10th floor in a completely different tower than the lobby it was a ridiculous walk back back-and-forth three timesSecurity had to be called to let me in- 110 FOR PARKING!!!!!

Liked: Resort is great, hotel is very clean good location.
Disliked: if you are a couple or a group of adults I would probably reconsider for this particular location. A lot of families- pool was full of children /teens throwing foot balls, wrestling. Pool chairs are taken up fast because of this. Beach was great chairs were spaced out nice, large cabanas in front of chairs was annoying, umbrella are 32$ a dayCommunication with staff was all over the place, one person would say you can get your breakfast room service, when we called down they said we had to eat in the restaurant. It’s happened for a few different questions and issues. Bar at pool was great services and drinks, food was just okay.

Great location, bad customer service
Liked: Close proximity to the beach. Room had a great view and bed was very comfortable. The AC in my room was dripping badly and once I reported it, it was fixed within 30 minutes. Great service from the maintenance team!
Disliked: Some staff were very friendly, some not so much. Feel like the hotel needs to send their staff on a customer service course. When one feels that they are just another number entering the hotel, there is a good chance they will never come back.Very disappointed that only the lounger is included on the beach and if you want an umbrella, it's $35 for the day....seems like a rip off and money making scheme.Only 1 day of the 3 I spent at the pool did I receive great service and happily paid the already included 18% gratuity....the other 2 days, the service was shocking and the pool wasn't even full.....felt like I was begging to be served and then HAD to pay the 18% gratuity. In my country people have to EARN their tip....so give great service, clearly no great service needed at this hotel as the tip is guaranteed. They messed up my bill charging an additional $1000 onto what I had already paid. When I showed proof, they then rectified it, but still had an unknown charge of $121 on my account. It is supposedly all sorted out and my refund is on it's way.....let's hope so. CHECK your bill before checking out....this delay cost me a waiting fee with my uber....
