Good stay, staff is friendly...

Liked: The balcony and being right on the beach. We were there for the Tortuga Music Fest and the entrance was only a few steps away. The bedding was nice.
Disliked: Housekeeping didn't always do a great job. They forgot to give us a all the towels and bath mat (used when stepping out of the shower). Also didn't coffee pods or sugar and cream each day. Very small in room coffee cups. The rooms do seem to need a little TLC but were fine.

Disliked: The ice machines on the 4th and 3rd floors were turned off. Had to go to the second floor to get ice.

Liked: It was on the beach. Secluded.
Disliked: No beach ocean views as promised/paid for,Rude staff,Dirty room with clogged sink,Obstacle course to get anywhere walkingLong walk to get to pool/beach No bikes available to use as statedOvercrowded pool area with not enough seating x 4 days Loud and noisy Overpriced foodNo gift shop or small toiletries shop
