Excellent, highly recommend

Liked: Rooms were decent sized & had plenty of amenities to them. The location was fantastic, extremely central Barcelona & the train station was right next to the hotel and made it easy to get around to everywhere
Disliked: One of our rooms didnt have a door for the toilet.

Disliked: Service was atrocious, not a single finger lifted to help

Liked: It is near the main shopping area and not too crowded
Disliked: Property has a nice rooftop pool that opens at 10am but lift access isn’t always open by that time so there is a hassle to go to front desk to get them open access… and also twice housekeeping did not shut the door properly after housekeeping. And housekeeping left half open cookies (that didn’t belong to us) in the room.
