Pleasant

Liked: Private parking at rear of hotel. Pleasant receptionist. Clean, modern room, quiet despite renovation ongoing. Large modern dining/bar area at front of hotel. Fairly good location.
Disliked: Booked twin beds but they weren't made up as requested & very hard mattresses. Room was too hot & we couldn't switch off the heating. Towels were like cardboard.

Liked: Our room was newly refurbished and was very comfortable. Good size bathroom. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: The hotel was being refurbished which we didn't know before booking so it was a building site on the ground floor. The continental breakfast was disappointing.

Liked: Georgia IS exceptional. So kind, generous and accommodating
Disliked: Nothing!

Excellent, improving and impressing

Liked: Being refurbished to a high standard 03/24, but the rooms are very nice, with very nice beds, excellent shower in a well appointed bathroom. Close to a reasonably busy road, but high quality windows mean you can hardly hear a thing - and this is coming from someone who lives in a very, very quiet place!Works are still in progress, but not inconveniencing the customer.Good parking, and easy to find.Reasonable walk into the city to find bars and restaurants.

Liked: Rooms like new, recently renovated, lift, free parking no problem, breakfast OK, OK for one night,
Disliked: Renovation of hotel half finished, it's like a building site, shabby exterior, some of the plates and cups not clean, rooms not well insulated against noise from other guests. Photos on Internet are deceiving.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff was lovely, the bed & linen comfy as other reviews have stated. The Wifi did what it needed to do. The location is a little outside of the city centre, but offers a nice opportunity for a scenic walk. We loved the city.
Disliked: There was no lock on the door to the adjoining room, we could have easily wandered into a stranger's room and vice versa. We put the luggage rack in front of the adjoining room door, but security and safety wise this is not up to standard.
