Will be back!

Liked: Great location, nice room, ease of access to York city centre. Good breakfast with nice selection. Staff were fabulous couldn’t do enough for us.
Disliked: Nothing ticked all our boxes/requirements!

The £30 car parking charge...

Liked: Breakfast very good, room was never hoovered and lots of tree blossom littering the floor for 3 days. Location very quiet and good for touring.
Disliked: Hoover the floor, and Mop the bathroom floor, as a damp tissue comes up black.

If you just want a...

Liked: The location was great as its slightly outskirts of the city but within walkable distance.
Disliked: The shower was bad. The water is dripping and can be really hot. The breakfast place was small and whenever it gets crowded, you get chased out of the place nicely…. The experience isn’t v pleasant and I think feeling lousy.

Nice traditional kind of UK...

Liked: Great breakfast situation. Lots of staff and good choice of options for breakfast. Food was good and so was the service!!

Lovely Stay

Liked: The staff are amazing and so friendly! Very good location walking distance to The Shambles.
Disliked: Wish we could have stayed more than 1 night.

Stay was ok , bed...

Liked: Location was very good , breakfast was ok
Disliked: Cleanliness in the room was not good. Room was located near a firedoor that banged constantly with people going through. It was room number 9
