Liked: The pool and spa was good. The gardens were nice with a tropical feel.
Disliked: The entire building is run down and smells. Feels dirty. Looks dirty. Maintenance issues everywhere. Rooms dirty with awful smells. Not luxurious at all! Can’t say a single nice thing about the place except that the pool and spa was nice as well as the gardens but I’d never stay there ever again. Do not recommend

Liked: Location, car parking, facilities and friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Room was very tired and in a state of disrepair and not clean, including a dirty soft drink glass behind the main bedroom door. Also, constant water leak on the ensuite floor meant it was always wet. Apartment 1205 was not of the same high standard that we have previously enjoyed at Azzura.

Disliked: All coffee cups were left in dishwasher filthy Sliding door had large gap and would not lock with myself and 13 year old daughter Under beds absolutely filthy including someone's dirty socks Only 2 towels when there should've been 4 Previous persons dirty shoes left in cupboard Stunk of bleach on arrival Tried to sort with management but no one in office after 4pm Have taken photos and discussed upon check out was told management would contact me and have not Was told on check out they have problems with their cleaners I said under the bed isn't a recent thing

Would definitely stay here again
