Liked: I just got home from celebrating my 80th birthday with 20 friends and family members. This spa resort far exceeded my expectations.My catered party that we held in the yoga room was spectacular. Alysa, head of the cafe, did an excellent job. All of my guests were well taken care of. They loved the beds, pillows, service, spa amenities, indoor and outdoor pools, and the massages. Everyone was thrilled with this place. We decided to make this an annual event for my husband and me as a refresh and renewal getaway. We highly recommend this resort!

Liked: The mineral pools were extremely nice and with a beautiful view of Mount Jacinto. The saunas were very nice. I loved the salt room. I also appreciated the ice room.

Lovely spa and facilities, but...

Liked: Every staff member was friendly and professional. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The spa facilities, inside and outdoors, were clean and well maintained. Spa services were excellent (we had a facial and massages), and we really loved the Himalayan salt room. The food at the Azure Cafe was delicious--fresh and healthy-- and not too pricy. We loved the juice drinks, keto quiche, tempeh reuben, and coffee drinks. Our spacious room was clean, and we really enjoyed the mineral hot tub in our room.
Disliked: The linoleum floor in our room was worn and cheapened the appearance of the room. The mattress was excruciatingly uncomfortable on one side; it seemed broken. And there was a lot of noise from an adjacent room and the heavy steps of the guests above us. The hotel has a quiet policy (it's a health spa, after all) but doesn't seem to enforce it without guests requesting it. We would like to have been able to open the windows more than 1 inch. And given the temperature of the natural mineral springs on the property, we were surprised that our shower was only lukewarm and had low pressure.
