Fantastic Azur hotel and staff,...
Liked: Location was great, hotel was updated and clean, staff was absolutely excellent, attentive, and very kind to the children. The staff was the best part of our stay.
Disliked: My complaint is that the hotel is not as advertised on Booking.com. This is an issue with Booking.com, not the hotel. Booking lists among the facilities/amenities “pool, gym, rooftop patio”. The hotel DOES NOT have a pool or gym as advertised. This is a major concern for me as I specifically wanted a hotel with a pool (for the kids) AND a gym as I am currently in the middle of a personal fitness challenge. The hotel does attempt to accommodate by providing access to a nearby gym, however, that gym does not open until 8am and was a block away. This may sound frivolous to some, but when traveling with children the only time to workout is before they wake up. We weee very disappointed with the false advertising and will be looking to rectify this situation with Booking.com. The “rooftop patio” does exist and was another main reason for our booking. However, when we arrived we were notified that it was not available due to construction. This information was not made clear to us when making our reservations on Booking. We intentionally did not pick other hotels that had construction going on or restaurants closed and chose Azur because both the rooftop patio and restaurant were going to be accessible. Again, traveling with kids, the rooftop area would have provided the outside space necessary to keep kids entertained without having to walk or drive to somewhere else for them to get out of the hotel room. This was very disappointing.

Very clean and great location
Liked: Location is great! Within walking distance to a lot of amenitites
Disliked: The rooftop restaurant/patio wasn’t open yet. Might have to stay again to check that out. Also valet was expensive and no other self parking options
