Liked: Allen was very accommodating and very helpful with all our requests and queries. The room was very clean and as expected for a 3-4 star rated facility. Absolutely no complaints, would happily stay here again

Liked: Allen was so accommodating to our needs as our family had to make a dash to Palmerston North Hospital late.The unit was warm & comfortable. The beds were a bit short for the 6 ft family members but they made it work.We had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great.
Disliked: Beds bit short but still very comfortable.

Liked: Host was welcoming. Room was clean & tidy. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Shower temp was hot and didn't adjust to cool.Had a bench in kitchen area but only sink was in the bathroom so felt a bit icky filling up jug & water bottle in bathroom/toilet area.Also toilet kept running for about 5 mins after flushing.
