Liked: immediately met at reception and quickly accessed my roomoriginal "retro" features to building which add charactereffective heat pump
Disliked: room a little overlooked by neighbouring 2 story building- a tree outside would help.Decor sterile, not homely (all black and white). Would benefit from some softer, warmer colours in the room, art or paint on walls, bedding etc. single glazed so sirens heard (as next to hospital)
