Disappointing

Disliked: Wifi was unusable in my room.Floor was grimy, my feet got visibly dirty after 5min of walking on the floor.Electrical outlets were worn out and unusable.

Liked: Free coffee & hot water on demand was great!
Disliked: The air conditioner filter needed to be cleaned but I understand this is a common thing to be overlooked & I was able to clean it myself no problem

Liked: Almost everything! It is walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, bike rentals and so much more! The owner and staff are so incredible kind and ready to do whatever you need. We seriously sleep the most peaceful for motel beds! The pool is always refreshing. There are showers for after the beach, grills to cook on, lots of seating and lounge chairs, each room has its own table and chairs outside. Just a great experience!
Disliked: Minuscule things.. There are some corners in the rooms that need to be touched up/cleaned/redone, this year we had a broken dresser drawer, the parking is tough for larger vehicles, and the grills may need to be replaced.

Great location and a great...

Liked: The location is awesome! It’s a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The pool is fantastic and having a kitchenette available for rooms is great!
Disliked: The beds weren’t very comfortable.
