Quiet comfortable overnight stay. Beautifully...

Disliked: All good. But if a wait at reception but phone there to call

Disliked: Jacuzzi wasn't working and no milk for coffee facilities

Disliked: Paying for parking and the gym facilities is shocking for a high calibre hotel. Also bottles of water at the bar being £7 is outrageous as well

Liked: Rooms were great
Disliked: When I checked in I was overcharged. I realised pointed it out and was told the extra would be reimbursed. It is now a couple of days later a d it appears the payment is taken swiftly but no sign of the reimbursement. A bit poor and it makes me wonder if I hadn't pointed out the error I would have heard no more. I was on the 3rd floor and there was no milk had to go back to the second to get some. The milk was restocked the next day.

Liked: Clean and modern hotel with very good staff and service
Disliked: No pool available but actually they had to have emergency work done so can’t really complain just sad we missed out it looked fabulous Breakfast was lovely but no thought to accommodate the elderly or disabled as steps down to the breakfast buffet

Be careful with your belongings

Liked: The room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: I paid extra for a terrace but it was tiny. The bath/shower felt unsafe and both myself and my wife slipped. We left some items in a drawer by accident and contacted the hotel within a few hours to ask if they could retrieve them and send them back if we paid the delivery costs. After a few days of correspondence we were told housekeeping didn't find anything. One of the items was clothes one was an electronic device which have clearly been stolen by the housekeeping staff unless they can grow legs and walk. Based on this I wouldn't use them again and I will be posting a TripAdvisor review stating the same. No solution offered. Also the pool was out of order the entire stay.
