Liked: I would also like to highlight the excellent service provided by the Egyptian gentleman at the reception. He was very polite, respectful, and helped me with a few things during my stay. His professionalism truly stood out and made a positive impression.
Disliked: I would like to share my concern regarding the service I experienced today. The cleaning staff came to my room at 11:00 AM and told me that I needed to leave so she could start cleaning. However, the official check-out time is 12:00 PM.I informed her that I would be checking out at 12, but she returned at 11:50 AM and entered my room again, which I found quite intrusive and disrespectful.I believe guests should be allowed to stay in their room undisturbed until the official check-out time. This experience was very disappointing and not what I would expect from a professional hospitality service.I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure better coordination between your housekeeping and front desk teams in the future.

Overall good stay

Liked: Good location and spacious room
Disliked: The room was very hot even when turning the a/c on all night, it didn’t really lower the temp. The parking is 14€, a little pricy for a premier inn. I’ve stayed in other hotels of the same franchise with free parking so was surprised.
