Very nice and comfortable hotel. We would stay there again.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was pretty, comfortable and easy to find.
Disliked: Only negative was they were not accommodating with their shuttle on the Sunday night that we were going to a concert at the Orange County Fair. That shuttle service was the deciding factor as to why we chose that hotel on that particular weekend.

Liked: The location
Disliked: That we got stuck in a dog room when we didn’t bring a dog and it was right next to the fire escape door and exit door. Someone threw their bags down from the 2nd floor stairs laughed about it and talked about it at 5am. The window rattled and the floor stomps from the guests who stayed above us was terrible. You could hear EVERYTHING!! In the hallway constant noise because the exit door to the patio area was right next to our room too. We paid the exact same as other guests and got a terrible room for a terrible nights sleep. And WHY on earth is there a charge for guests who check in after 10pm and call in advance to let you know about the check in. If you buy an airport, you are terrible at customer service if this is your policy. It didn’t happen to us but to the room guests next to us. We heard them from their room talking about it. We deserve a refund or free night stay in a NICE normal room. The room looked NOTHING like it did online. Nothing.

Disliked: Windows did not have full drapes only sheers with have drape. I stayed in a rood at the front where street lights beamed in the window all night.

Disliked: Parking fee was ridiculous. 24.00 a day. For what? The security NOT walkiny around? The lady at the front desk who checked us in said it was 24.00 for parking but does not specify per night! And we had to go on their lame app to pay for the parking! Like they could not even do that for the guest! Especially with all the construction going on and having to reroute different ways in the hotel.

Liked: Just contruction was going in by the pool! and sent me to 1 room that smelled like overwhelming cleaning supplies on carpet! so had to change the room and the other room had same smell but not as bad!
Disliked: It was old and needs to be upgraded like carpets had such a bad smell
