Tiny room in good location...

Liked: Excellent location
Disliked: The place was dirty and stuffy. Towels were old and filthy with all sorts of stains and tears. The room was too small to even walk. There’s nowhere to store clothes or anything really. My backpack was on the ground. In the photos there was a table was chairs but there was none in the room. Not recommended at all

Staff is warm, kind and...

Liked: Nice place and decent accommodations. Got a deal, so great value.
Disliked: Paper-thin prefab walls. No enforcement of quiet hours. Drunks in other rooms were noisy until 4 in the morning. No way to call staff.

Liked: The neighbourhood, so the location is good. The bed looks comfortable and neat the window view is beautiful.
Disliked: There is no microwave, no cooler, no AC just a table fan, the TV wasnt working, No telephone to call the front desk in case there is an emergency. The shower head is not properly fixed and not a friendly type for women. There is an adapter located opposite your bed on the ceiling ( the weirdest thing I have seen in my lfe). Who place an adapter in the ceiling directly facing your bed? I spoke to a staff and asked if she could help me with warming my food with their inhouse microwave and she said they had none.No hand towels in the washroom. The room walls need a lick of paint and they kept a black painting with inscriptions on the wall. With light, you will see a faint picture of a man in the background of the picture. Creepy!No elevator just stairs. Be prepared to push your 50 pound baggage up the stairs or maybe two if your room is in the topmost floor. No one will help you. Bye!

Disappointing

Liked: Because of a change of our flights from the flightcompany we asked the accomodation to change our booking to a later date, which they did (that was amazing, thanks again). When we arrived at the hotel with our booking comfirmation for the new dates, they had lost our reservation. Noone spoke english and the staff didn't really seem to try to help and just told us that we dont have a reservation. It took several hours of discussing, calling booking.com and a change of staff until suddenly the reservation showed up again. After all the struggle, we asked if we can check in 1h earlier, and the hotel said it would cost us another 500 MXN.The room and bathroom were tiny, it was dirty and our blanket had a hole in it. We checked for other hotels and for the price you pay there, you can get something way better.The location is great if you want to be close to the park and museum. It feels very safe there.
