Disliked: The hotel has been sold to another operator who did not have any record of my reservation. After receiving all confirmations from Booking.com, from the Ayenda WhatsApp and from the Ayenda mobile app, I arrived late due to delayed flights to find no room available to me. I subsequently had to book other accommodation at 1130pm.

Liked: Staff was nice, breakfast was good. There is is a nice rooftop
Disliked: Nothing on the building says that this is the location.The guard at the entrance did not really know we had a reservation. The place was really cold. There is no door at the bathroom and not even a desk in the room.The room is noisy - you can hear all street cars and even the planes which pass above the hotel.

More of a hostel than...

Liked: The room was good, assuming you paid for the bigger room, and the location was great with easy access to a metro, and a supermarket not too far away.The staff were very friendly, and the building itself was very pleasant, although shared with other apartments.
Disliked: The rules and explanations for your stay were entirely in Spanish, so can be complicated if you don't speak it. The hotel is also in a complex with other buildings, so you'll always need to be buzzed in by a security guard.The shower, while looking good, flooded every time I used it, so the bathroom was always soaking wet and had to be dried with every towel available.
