Liked: Comfy bed, nice room.
Disliked: The rooftop bar and pool were closed which was a shame. The bathroom design is very open, not ideal if you want to shower with privacy…

Rooftop hotel with pool but...

Liked: The staff was excellent—friendly and responsive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.
Disliked: There is a bright pink neon sign that cannot be manually turned off, which makes it difficult to sleep. Additionally, you can hear voices from the lobby as the sound echoes throughout. Most disappointing of all, the pool was not usable, which was my main reason for booking the hotel. They claimed they had mentioned this, but all of their promotional material prominently featured the pool.

Liked: Great location. Amazing bed, all very clean.
Disliked: Ask for a drink at the bar could take a little too long as there was no feeling of urgency. Anyway. When I get your drink they are lovely. Swimming pool was close due to mantenance, but this can be an oportunity to go back and enjoy the new one!!
