Liked: Location of this hotel is fantastic - you can walk to the main sightseeing places, the train station is also 15mins away on foot. Staff is amazing at this hotel - always willing to go an extra mile to help, cheerful and polite!Continental breakfast was tasty, too. Hotel is well maintained, the housekeeping in a room was exceptional, too! I would highly recommend this hotel!
Disliked: The weather has not been great so we could not use swimming pool on the roof top. However, the bar area and the views from the roof top were spectacular so no drawbacks at all!

Liked: Great location, friendly atmosphere, very good breakfast, rooms were clean and comfortable, great vibe about the place
Disliked: We liked our stay at the hotel, the rooms felt a bit dark, but we had a great time overall

Liked: The location and staff were great.
Disliked: The decor was not for me. Black and dark grey paint, black lace curtains. The worst part was a pink neon sign with the word kiki. There was no way to turn it off. We managed to move the black lace curtains around to that location and with some hair clips block most of the pink rays.
