Liked: Perfect location,sexy guests,nice sauna,steamroom and jakuzzi upstairs.Good fun over there.
Disliked: I like it all in general.No negative.

Liked: It was in a great location, close to the underground and close to restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly and helpful…essentially Ishan. As well as Lydia in the breakfast room.
Disliked: The water in the jacuzzi needed to be hotter.

Liked: What a change from the last time I stayed. Friendly, helpful staff. Facilities (spa area) clean and well looked after. Bathrobes available for the spa area. It really feels like this place has turned a corner after a dodgy period.
Disliked: Spa closing at 10pm seems early; it used to be midnight.

Liked: Reception staff very professional and very very friendly
Disliked: Cleaning staff not very professional one day the forgot to empty the bintrash and the other day they forgot to put new towels

Disliked: Construction of the room and location of some lights are a bit strange or not very conviniant. But nothing too bad.
