I was made very welcome...

Liked: Quiet and elegant. I was upgraded to a huge classic room with high ceiling, wood everywhere, sofa and soft carpet.
Disliked: There was no microwave.

Liked: Location to L2 tram and Belmore Rd a 4 minute walk to shops etc. Quite with large park opposite.Beautiful 1800s home turned into boutique hotel. Have also always found a park out front which is free overnight… a bonus for Sydney!!

Not worthwhile

Liked: The location was excellent.
Disliked: The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the heating didn’t work and it was freezing, and the TV didn’t work. The room was very dated.
