Disliked: there were mice maybe rats running around in our ceiling and making so much noise squealing and running around, but we had no where else to go and I struggled to fall asleep…

Liked: Easy access to town
Disliked: Unit we stayed in was run down and not worth the money we paid for it. $100 a night. Prolly worth $70anight due to it being run down. Old holiday park very run down and needs maintenance. Bath rooms were clean but looked dirty due to age and disrepair. Showed up at book in time and had to wait 30mins as no one was there for check in. No wifi for guests around park only in the office area.

Disliked: They tried to get us to cancel our booking by telling us it was double booked a week before Pink played. And continued to send us emails about cancelling it even after we checked in.Their customer service was terrible.I tried to feed back but was told to write it in an email and received no reply.The place was run down.The electric glass hob has a hole in it that a child could have put their hand through and touch the electric parts.

Liked: The staff were so amazing and helpful I had a huge room could sleep 9 people there was a tv and kitchen facility in the room
Disliked: The communal toilet area was cleaned well but the ceiling could do with a sweep of the cobwebs

Worst place I ever stayed

Liked: There is not much to like
Disliked: The property is run down, our unit couldn’t lock. To start off we were told the apartment we booked online, doesn’t exist. I booked a 6 bed apartment, own bathroom and kitchen. But were given a unit with one bed and shared bathroom! After complaining we received a unit with one double bed and own bathroom. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful. This park is occupied by long term residents. Our “neighbour” came to inform us we can move the bed around as it’s not bolted to the floor and he also must have informed the receptionist that we struggled to lock the door, because he watched us when we came back from our concert, as she phoned me to ask if we could lock the door. I didn’t see her when we left, left the key in the key box.

Liked: Only that it was reasonably close to our event.
Disliked: The shower had black mould and the walls needed a scrub they were streaky with stains. The toliet had a wiggly seat. And they accused us of taking the TV remote which wasn't even there in the first place which if they had done a proper clean before we arrived they would of noticed this fact. We didn't sleep on tge sheets as we were too scared they weren't clean either.
