Amazing value for money!

Liked: Very helpful reception staff and the Italian restaurant was amazing!
Disliked: Room was a little out dated but for price could not complain at all!

Wouldn't stay again.

Liked: The entryway is very nice. The evening staff were very nice.
Disliked: The room, the cleanliness, the day staff were unapproachable and appeared grumpy

Liked: First floor, nice room, lots of car parking
Disliked: The bed had plastic underlay- so uncomfortable. Everyone that walked past slammed the door right outside my room. The attached restaurant were initially lovely to me but when I sat down to eat pretty much ignored me. They doted on other guests (i think they knew them).

Good hotel, let down by...

Liked: Except for one major issue, its a great hotel
Disliked: Noise. It not like the walls and ceilings are thin, its as if they are not there at all. The noisiest hotel i have ever stayed in, and thats over a 30 year period. To re-iterate, everything else about the hotel is fine and if you are a very heavy sleeper then you will have no issues here at all.

Liked: We have stayed here before and the full breakfast was bffet style which we liked. This time it was prepared in the kitchen and brought out, It was tasty and comprised of decent quality food however.The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere relaxed and comfortable.
Disliked: Our shower didn't work and we had to change rooms which isn't ideal.However there was no quibling and they apologised and sorted it immediatelyThe rooms are far too warm for out taste and and there is no air-con. Also being an older building, there is quite a lot of noise from adjacent rooms and the corridor/floor above.
