Avon Gorge by Hotel du Vin

Very good, re-furbished room with a great view of the bridge. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again!

Disliked: Staff in the bar that does the pizzas etc were very slow at serving at the bar. Not great. Staff in other bar were great.

Disliked: Dirty window but was on the outside and this is a busy enough road, but the view is important.

Liked: Reception & bar staff, help with parking. Dinner staff very good & made welcome suggestions.
Disliked: Deluxe room smaller than classic, and positioned furthest away from the lift so difficult to negotiate stairs, doors, with luggage to the room. Breakfast staff, disappointing and had to keep making requests as they were not attentive enough. Breakfast good ok, but had better in the past. Charged for a bottle of wine at dinner, we had to replace which was corked!
