Very good, re-furbished room with a great view of the bridge. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again!

Good location awful staff and...

Liked: The location
Disliked: The staff were rude! There was very little staff around and when you did encounter someone it was definitely not of a 4star standard! That you would expect paying that premium! They don’t even bother to get back to you when you complain about your stay. I will be contacting their head office as it’s awful service and noone seems to even care !

Liked: The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and staff were very helpful and looked after us , the hotel location was close to all amenities and local bus stops , very good

I really felt l had...

Liked: Yes the breakfasts were good and the location was amazing, nicely positioned. The view from my window was exceptionally. The room was quiet and very spacious.
Disliked: I would of liked my breakfast outside on the terrace, the weather was amazing, if that was not possible, my coffee in the morning on the terrace.
