Property mgr went into liquidation...

Liked: We've stayed twice before and still love the location, facilities and rooms
Disliked: Not happy that after the Booking Manager went into liquidation, they made it our problem. We had prepaid the full cost of a 3 night stay, though had to pay again and attempt to get a refund of our original payment through Booking.com or our Bank. The new manager was very nice and it is not her fault, though we felt it unreasonable that the Property will not honour bookings made by the Manager they appointed. Lucky we booked through Booking.com, though it will be weeks before we get our refund, if at all. The noise from the huge development behind from 7.00am was also not great.

Awkward for newly weds

Liked: The kitchen facilities Walk to places
Disliked: Firstly it is not a resort. Just apartments. Retirees live here and are noise sensitive. There are no staff on site. We came for our wedding and just wanted to enjoy ourselves as newly weds. The decoré is outdated. Things need up grading. Air cons need servicing and cleaning. Beds are all single / pushed together,so you fall down the centre. TV’s are older and not SMART tv’s. bring all your old DVDs if you want to watch something good. Sauna out of order. Spa is cold.

Disliked: Pool wasn't heated. Spa and sauna were not working

Liked: We loved being so close to town. Our view was magnificent. We made use of the pool and loved it.
Disliked: The welcome wasn't particularly warm.

Wouldn’t go back

Liked: Manager was helpful, central location.
Disliked: Apartment was on the tired side, could do with a refurb.Quite expensive for quality of the room.
