After a long day it...

Liked: I used this facility only as a sleepover as it was close to Prince of Wales Hospital and I had a very early appointment the next day
Disliked: Staff on duty for a limited time and I did a late booking. Too many emails involved in the whole process.

Disappointing. Entrance was uneven

Liked: I was not told about breakfast or it’s like location.
Disliked: On the website it said a 2 pm check-in and I couldn’t get in until 4 and I was sent an email letting me know when my room was ready. I had to call. I stayed 2 nights and my was not refreshed giving me clean cups or top up of teabags etc

Fantastic stay

Liked: The rooms were practical I had a 1 year old son was great room for him to move around
Disliked: The parking I was fortunate enough to get out the front in free parking
