Wonderful place to stay in...

Liked: Extremely well presented property. Bedroom very comfortable, and having coffee machine in room a bonus. Lovely continental breakfasts with special bread and home-made jams. Jack was an attentive and informative host. Handy to public transport to the city.

Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avoca House. Our host Jack was really helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the rooms comfortable and well appointed. The self serve breakfast worked well and there was tea and coffee making facilities in every room.

Very enjoyable stay in Dublin

Liked: Great location, close to Dublin’s many attractions (walking or bus). Public parking on street.Room was clean and comfortable and good breakfast to start your day. Jack is an excellent host.

Comfortable and a nice surprise.

Liked: Jack was great and so incredibly helpful. The bed was very comfortable. A very pleasant surprise was he provided breakfast which was available all day - cereal, pastries, toast, fruit etc and great coffee. Great to be able to use the lounge - relax, use the tv etc.
Disliked: We were in the attic which was fine for me but my husband had a tendency to bump his head.
