Liked: Spa, great saunas, breakfast and spacious 4 persons room
Disliked: Carpet and small gym room

Awful stay, beds uncomfortable and...

Liked: N/a
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable, springs through mattresses. Room was far too hot and we were awoken at 6:30 am due to food deliveries being taken and trolleys being wheeled into the kitchen given where our room was positioned. We were also next to a generator so there was a constant humming all night. Would not stay again.

Liked: Very good buffet breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. Ironing facilities. Lots of hot water for showers. Clean fluffy towels. Good array of teas and coffees in room.
Disliked: It was a shame we were not informed that the room overlooked the back of the kitchen area and small car park. Was woken on the first morning at 06.55 to the sound of trolleys and bins being loaded into a lorry, this went on for half an hour. Not so noisy on the second morning.

Disliked: The hotel itself was starting to look a bit tired and unfortunately, it seemed that some of the staff were too.
